IDBI Bank Executive Selection Process:
IDBI Bank Executive Selection process will comprise of Online Test (CBT) followed by personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the CBT (Online test). The online test will be objective in nature. The details of the same are furnished here under.

The applicants will be called for the Online Exam on the information provided by them in the IDBI online application form 2019.
Penalty for Wrong Answers; in the IDBI Executive Online Exam for each question for which a wrong answer has been attempt by the candidate, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected Marks.
The candidates, who are successful in the CBT Exam, would be called for the personal interview. While the number of applicants to be called for interview will be at the discretion of IDBI, adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by the IDBI Bank, will be called for Interview. During interview applicants will have the able to answer the questions in English or Hindi.
The final selection of employment would be made based on applicant’s marks in the interview, Online Exam, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification as stipulated in the notification.
