SSC CGL Vacancy 2019-20

The Vacancy for SSC CGL 2019 has been released the official notification for the same has been released by the Staff Selection Commission of India. The Vacancy for SSC CGL 2020 has been released now. As per last years’ notification, SSC released a total of 8089 posts were to be filled by SSC CGL 2017 exam. These posts have been created in the department of Income Tax, Excise and Custom department.

SSC CGL 2020 Exam Pattern

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam every year in four levels for various vacancies. Exam Pattern – The exam will be conducted in 04 tiers as indicated below:

  1. Citizenship: Aspirants must be an Indian citizen.

  1. Physical Fitness Criteria: Apart from the above, there are certain requisite Physical Standards for Inspector (Examiner / Central Excise/ Preventive Officer), SI in CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and SI in NIA (National Investigation Agency).

SSC CGL 2019 Application Fee

  • The required application fee of Rs. 100/-
  • Exemption: No fee is required to be paid by female, ST, SC, PWD, and Ex-Servicemen applicants.
  • Applications fee should be paid only through SBI either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Debit/ Credit Card. The Challan form will be generated online mode.
  • If pay fee in cash, applicants should take the print out of challan generated through online after the completion of CGL Part I registration. Deposit the exam fee in any branch of SBI and then continue with the Part-2 registration
  • Those applicants who want to pay online can go through directly to CGL part 2 registration after completion of part I registration. Aspirants must carry registration number and date of birth to continue to Part II registration
