- Postgraduate in Hindi or English and 3 years’ experience of Journalism in a national or State Level paper or Central or State Public Relation or Information & Broadcasting Department. AND
- Working knowledge in Hindi (written) in Devnagri and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture
