Rahul was born in Pune, Maharashtra, on November 12, 1989. S Rajendra Kurup and Beena R Kurup raised him as their youngest kid. He has a younger sister. His father is a retired army officer, and his mother is a stay-at-home mom. He is a member of the Nair caste, a Hindu high caste in Kerala. Rahul attended Thapovan School in Adoor and St. John’s Public School in Pandalam, Kerala. He was an involved student who took part in a variety of extracurricular activities such as debates, quizzes, and athletics. He was also the school’s leader and the cricket team’s captain. Rahul earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Catholicate College in Pathanamthitta, Kerala. In 2008, he was voted to the Mahatma Gandhi University’s University Union Council.
