Early Life: – Frulla worked with the organizing committee for the 1976 Montreal Olympics’ public affairs section from 1974 to 1976. She went on to become the first female sports reporter to be accredited to cover professional sports in the electronic media.
Professional Career: – She served in the National Assembly of Quebec from 1989 until 1998, representing the Marguerite-Bourgeoys riding. She served as both the Secretary of Information and the Minister of the Department Of culture. In the 1995 Quebec referendum, Liza was vice-chair of the “No” committee.
